Puzzl Pack - Instant Brand Asset Generator

The Problem

At Puzzl, we noticed a recurring pain point: Staff often needed quick access to the company logo, but the versions floating around were inconsistent, low-res, outdated, or simply the wrong size for the job. Sharing logos over email or Slack became a time drain, and we didn't want to maintain bulky ZIP packs or PDFs for every possible scenario.

We also knew that keeping brand quality high means always using crisp, properly scaled assets, something that gets lost when people are left resizing logos manually in design tools or pasting blurry screenshots into presentations.

The Solution: Puzzl Pack

Puzzl Pack is a lightweight, browser-based internal tool that lets staff generate and download high-resolution logos on demand. No logins, no dependencies, no external hosting. Just open the tool, pick a size, choose light or dark mode, and hit download.

Why It Worked

We didn't overthink it. Instead of sourcing a full branding platform or onboarding new services, we focused on the minimum valuable version.

The SVG-based logo was already available. We injected it directly into a clean HTML page, added CSS for dark mode and dropdowns, wrote a few lines of JavaScript for download functionality, and styled it up with a polished UI.

AI helped accelerate the process. With the help of ChatGPT, we were able to brainstorm, iterate, and build the MVP in under an hour. That left plenty of time to polish the interface and add thoughtful features like a toggle switch with sun/moon icons and color variables that adapt to dark mode.

Final Thoughts

Puzzl Pack wasn't about reinventing brand delivery, it was about building something small, fast, and helpful. It saved time, kept our branding consistent, and looked good doing it.
